What happens at the masjid
The doors are open for Fajr, Zuhr, Asr, Maghrib and Isha. Jama'ah times follow the sun and are calculated every day for Allen Town, so the timetable is always correct.
The Friday sermon begins at 1:30 PM and ends at 2:10 PM, followed by the Jumu'ah prayer. Come early, make ghusl, wear your best clothes and take your place in the front rows.
Learn to read, recite and memorise the Book of Allah. Classes run every day, in the morning after Fajr and again in the late afternoon.
From time to time the masjid hosts reminders and large gatherings, where hundreds of brothers come together to learn their religion, renew their faith and strengthen the bonds of the community.
